Adab Reader is not a fatwa, and it doesn't replace a teacher. It doesn't rule on your situation, and it isn't building toward one that does. What it does is name a specific theological or legal category doing real work on a piece of writing, sourced where the sourcing is solid, and stop there — a starting point for a closer reading, never a verdict.
Whatever you paste, upload, or link — an article, an excerpt, a PDF — remains yours. It's used only to generate the reading you asked for, and isn't published, redistributed, or reused beyond that, except when you explicitly choose to share a reading, in which case the piece's headline, source, and URL are shown alongside it as attribution. You're responsible for having the right to submit whatever you submit.
The reading text Adab Reader generates for you is yours to use, quote, or share. The site, its design, and its own written material (this page, the Why page, and so on) are © Aziz Lalljee, 2026.
This is a working, actively-changing project, provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Readings can be wrong, incomplete, or miss the mark — treat every reading as a starting point for your own thinking, not a final word, and consult a qualified teacher for anything that actually matters to your practice.
